Bought a 55 plate Citroen Berlingo 2.0hdi in April 2012, the following day the clutch went!!! I have to say the warranty offered by the seller is worth the paper its written on and a new clutch was fitted locally to me at no cost to myself, Robert (the seller) was great at all points of the sale and couldnt be more accomodating making sure I was happy at all points of the sale and sorting out the warranty claim on the clutch. I wholeheartidly recommend him and I would consider driving the 230 miles to buy another from him. Gold star. Shaun Finning.(Coleford)

Your customer service was outstanding.  You made us feel welcome and relaxed whilst viewing the vehicle with no pressure to buy what so ever.  
I was extremely impressed with your attempts to demonstrate how spacious the boot was !    (You did fit in the boot very comfortably!) 
The information provided regarding the specification and condition of the vehicle was factual......my 06 SEAT is immaculate inside and out as a brand new car would be.  It is a total pleasure to drive.

I recently bought a car from Cavendish. The following week I noticed that I had trouble getting my car into reverse and took it to my local garage. My mechanic informed me that the problem was with the the clutch and it would probably need replacing. I contacted Robert at Cavendish and explained the problem. He assured me that Cavendish would sort this and even offered to provide a courtesy car should I need it. The problem was sorted within a few days, with the minimum of hassle and at no extra charge to myself. Overall, I was really impressed by the service I received from Cavendish and would happily recommend this honest and reputable company to anyone looking to buy a car, Cheers,Alex Khan
